The house has 4 bedrooms. We are located within a 2 minute walk from the 150 bus stop which goes to the city centre every 10 -15 minutes and takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get there. The local shops are within a 5 minute walk from the house and has a supermarket,pharmacy,Chinese takeaway,newsagents etc. Tymon Park is within a 10 minute walk from the house and has beautiful walkways and lakes.

My home is situated in a leafy suburb of south Dublin. The 150 bus is within a 1 minute walk from the house and goes to the city centre every 10 to 20 minutes..it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city centre. The local shops are also within a 2 minute walk from the house and has a Newsagent, pharmacy, beauty salon, supermarket and Chinese takeaway. Tymon park is a beautiful amenity and is within a five minute walk from the house. The Spawell is within a five minute walk from the house. The super pub layout includes a late bar and night club, a beer garden, a restaurant, tennis courts, a pitch and putt course and a driving range! Spoiled for choice then.
