Our home is situated near several bus stops within a 5 minute walk. There are a few shopping plazas nearby within a walking distance, with gyms, restaurants, etc. There are many parks in the neighborhood, several with swimming pools. There is also a lake which is about a 10 minute walk, and there you can stroll around, play beach volleyball, play tennis, and more. You can find most facilities and activities here rather locally. The nearest beach is a 20-30 minute drive, and downtown LA is about a 1 hour drive. There are several shopping malls in the area as well.
