The House has 3 bedrooms a bathroom which includes a shower and basin no bath tub sorry, A separate toilet and an open plan kitchen and living room area. You will have complete access to the Bath room, kitchen and living room area through the back door from the sleep out :). We have a huge front and back yard. The back yard is fully fenced off from the front yard with gates at either side of the house. There is a separate laundry room to the left just before you enter through the back door. We have three children 2 boys aged 9 and 6 and one girl aged 3. We love the summer barbecues so we wish to share some great food and company with you if you're up for it :).

It is a spacious sleep out separate from the main house at the back. It contains 2 separate bedrooms and a living room. The basic furnishings such as a bed, a desk and some drawers will be given by us. Both bedrooms have large windows that get a good amount of sunlight during the day. The lounge room also has large windows on each wall and french doors when you enter.
