Hello everyone！You can all me Joe. I have been living in Burnaby for over 10 years. I am a professional computer graphic designer, currently working full-time from home, which allows me more flexible time to both work and take care of my tenants. My house is divided into 2 floors, with 3 shared bathrooms, and 4 rooms available for rent. I don't smoke, drink, or have pets, and I enjoy a quiet and clean living environment. Therefore, every day I personally clean the common areas of the house, including the bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, swimming, and hiking. * Safety Camera has been installed at living room to let us know when guests will be check-in, if we are not at home.
* No visitors allowed to enter the house. Otherwise, we will cancel the booking and no refund.
* No smoking, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music.
* If you have wheelchair come with you, please must be let us know before booking, see if we can make room close to the entrance door for you.
* Kitchen is available for light use (Means no any oil cooking like stir-fry, scrambled eggs, or boiled meat) Sorry, Oven and Frying Pan can not be used here. You may use the microwave, stove top, toaster and kettle.
* This accommodation does not provide a bicycle storage facility, and during your stay, bicycles are not allowed to be brought inside the house. They can only be placed in the front house area, not on the sides or in the backyard. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to your bicycle.
