We are pleased to provide Homestay accommodation for a Female International Student.
Welcome to our home! We are a couple in a bright, clean home in a safe, family-oriented neighbourhood. We have a private bedroom available on the second floor (no basement :) Includes table, closet, and three healthy meal daily, laundry weekly, unlimited high-speed internet, etc. We are within walking distance to Sir William Mulock Secondary School.
$900 per month (with Meal Price)

1. Speak English in the homestay. Don't hesitate to ask questions or when you need help. 2. Keep yourself, your clothes, your room, your linens, laundry room and your bathroom clean. 3. Help clean up after eating and when hosts ask for help. 4. Always lock the house when entering or exiting. Student will be provided with one key. 5. Never smoke in the house. 6. Be home on time. Call us if you need to stay after school for school activities. Travel with a friend, or call us to arrange for pick up. Curfew hours is at 10:00PM. 7. Student is to eat in the dining room or with the Host family. They cannot take their meals inside their room, only snacks are allowed. Snacks are provided such as fruits, juice, cookies & crackers. 8. Use internet legally and appropriately. 9. On occasion, we will organize outdoor/recreational activities such as picnic and hiking with the family. The student, upon approval of the parents or guardian, may or may not participate. 10.
