Requests will not be considered without a clear photo and information about age, nationality and purpose of your visit, For long -term stay, a copy of your passport, your visa, your flight details, your school registration and health cover insurance will be required. The reservation is secured once the guest has settled the fee with Homestayin at the time of booking, and the amount due to the host PRIOR to arrival. For long term stay, an amount corresponding to one month rent will be paid to the host at the time of the reservation with Homestayin. A flat fee of 15% of the total host booking amount will be retained by the host in case the guest cancels the booking less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. . Reservation of the room will be refused if you do not comply with the above. No pets and no smoking. No food and no shoes in the bedroom. No strangers allowed in the house. The home is closing at 10:30 pm. If you want a set of keys, a guarantee deposit of 150 € will be requested to secure loss of the keys or damages of the locks. Use of the kitchen to be negotiated with the host at the time of booking. Reservation of the room will be refused if you do not comply with the above.
