House Rules

We are an honest, very tidy and hard working family. Our daughter is moving overseas and our younger daughter is in college hence one room with bed and all necessities will be provided. We respect privacy and enjoy weekends. We refrain from wasting unnecessary resources (Water & Electricity). . We expect the room and facilities used to be kept tidy. We are very centrally located and close to everything including Bus Stop and the motorway. We had a German Student as a homestay studying English for a couple of years and he eventually became so close to us and is considered our "Son". If Dinner is to be provided, we can adjust the fees.
